GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
Decorative composite floor coatings are durable and the most modern floors designed for use in
residential, as well as office and commercial spaces, and to the best extent meet the sanitary
and hygienic requirements. In order to increase the service life of decorative coatings and to
preserve their appearance, it is necessary to observe the following use conditions:
  • 1
    It is forbidden to throw metal items (pipes, tools, parts, etc.), as well as any heavy and potentially dangerous objects on the uncovered floor.
  • 2
    When carrying out welding works, the floor must be covered with non-combustible materials. Do not allow sparks and slag to get on the decorative coating.
  • 3
    Tables, chairs, ladders, stepladders and other equipment and inventory on metal supports shall be installed on rubber or plastic pads.
  • 4
    Solid particles (sand, rubble, metal chips, etc.) should be removed as they are formed to prevent them from getting on shoes and moving objects, because they can scratch the surface of the floor when moving.
  • 5
    When carrying out construction and installation works, other works (furniture assembly, etc.), during which the floor may be damaged, the floor surface should be thoroughly cleaned of debris and dirt and covered with cardboard, plywood or dense paper.

    In case of dragging heavy equipment or objects, depending on the load, it is necessary to
    additionally cover the floor with plywood, boards or metal sheets.
  • 7
    Heavy furniture and other massive objects that may cause deep scratches should not be
    dragged.
  • 8
    It is recommended to use protective supports for solid furniture, especially those with sharp legs.
  • 9
    Movement on the uncovered decorative floor of metal wheeled carts is NOT RECOMMENDED, and dragging of various heavy objects (especially with sharp corners) is STRONGLY FORBIDDEN.
  • 10
    Equipment, welding machines, cylinders, materials, raw materials and finished products may only be transported by rubber carts.
  • 11
    Wet cleaning of the decorative floor covering is allowed with non-aggressive neutral detergents or detergents recommended by the Customer.
  • 12
    The floor must not be exposed to aggressive chemicals.
